With rates starting at just $25.00 per listing, the Foothill Guide Real Estate service is economical for realtors providing detailed listings with up to eight photos. For an additional $25.00, realtors can purchase a featured listing which will appear in rotation on the home page and the respective community home page. Registration is free and volume discounts are available on the purchase of credits used to post new listings.
Featured listings appear on the home page, rotating with each visit to the page. Visitors can view all listings or search by maximum price, minimum bedrooms and bathrooms. All results display a preview picture, title, bed/baths, city, price, and listing agent.
Listing Details display up to eight photos of the property in a convenient full preview slideshow system. Full property description includes space for a detailed write-up, as well as easily entered property amenities. The posting system was created with ease of use in mind, while offering sophisticated features.
